8th Grade LCHS Field Trip
On February 12, 2015, our 8th grade students will visit Lenoir City High School. We will depart from NMS and return at 12:30pm, in time for lunch. All 8th grade students will be included in this trip, and only students will attend during the day portion of the trip. The purpose of this trip is to allow our students to become more familiar with the school facility, teachers, advisors, and general practices. We take the 8th graders each year, and this trip provides invaluable information and a better understanding of their next educational step. On the same evening (February 12, 2014), parents will have an information session at LCHS. The parent meeting will begin at 5:30pm and cover important topics such as scheduling, school lay out, grading policies, lunch and much more. All 8th grade parents should plan on attending this meeting.

North Middle School has joined our other Loudon County middle and high schools in the Text-A-Tip program. This new program is in partnership with the Loudon County Sheriff's Office and the Loudon County Education Foundation and is meant to serve as an anonymous method of reporting crimes or threats of crimes. All reports should be taken seriously and anyone can report a possible crime by texting to CRIMES (274637) and starting their message with the school's keyword #NMS.
