School Announcements
No School
There will be No School on November 4th due to Election Day!  Teachers will report for in-service. 
Veteran's Day
The annual NMS Veterans Day program will be on Tuesday, November 11th at 1:30pm in the North Middle School gym.  If you have a family member who has served in the military and would like their picture added to our video montage, please come to Coach Martin to pick up a form that will collect information needed for your relative as well as give you instructions on submitting your photo.  The deadline for submitting your photo and paperwork is Thursday, November 6th.  Please see Coach Martin or Coach Harris with any questions.

Extra Tutoring
Tutoring will be available Monday-Thursday after school from 3:05-4:05 in the library for all grade levels.  The library will also be open each morning from 7:30-8:00 for any students who need assistance.  Parents will be responsible for arranging any changes in transportation if you would like for your child to attend tutoring.  All students must be picked up by 4:05pm.  Tutoring is on a first come, first serve basis.  If you have questions please contact your child’s teacher.

Text-A-Tip
North Middle School has joined our other Loudon County middle and high schools in the Text-A-Tip program.  This new program is in partnership with the Loudon County Sheriff's Office and the Loudon County Education Foundation and is meant to serve as an anonymous method of reporting crimes or threats of crimes.  All reports should be taken seriously and anyone can report a possible crime by texting to CRIMES (274637) and starting their message with the school's keyword #NMS.
